Are there any products that pays instant commissions & handles all
chargebacks & taxes, on the frontend or backend.

I'm not setup as a business to make sales & collect taxes. I know most won't because of chargebacks,
but there should be some paying instantly on the backend or the (OTO) one time offer page

PayDotCom pays you right to your PayPal account. You have to wait for the affiliate owner to release the money to you. Not sure if thats what your looking for. Take a look.
