I want to know that what is more important SERP or PR?

PR - Page rank

High ranks on SERP is your target so that you can get traffic from the search engines through natural listings in their results. PR is the rank of a certain page on a certain site that have high traffic, lots of relevant backlinks and relevant contents

If your page have a great content with lots of backlinks from sites of the same niche, you can have high PR in the long run.

PR and your SERP isn't directly related at all. PR is only part of the ranking algorithm but of coures, if you have good link building technique your could also get good PR and SERP.
Both SERP and PR are based on the amount of quality of back links that you are getting!

Targeted traffic is the goal, and good rankings on frequently searched terms is a means to that goal. Good search engine position can bring in higher PR because your site will be more visible and if its have good content it may attract natural linking.
PR checks the quality of the site in this way you can say that it can helps in serps.

SERP of course as that is getting you free organic traffic for a long time.Also PR influences only about 20% of your search engine ranking so this also explains why we shouldn't be too concerned about having a high page rank if you have a good search engine ranking.
