I have a question, Can a site without google backlink and yahoo backlink get pagerank?

Hi mike,
every page is created with a nominal amount of PR.

theoretically, if put up enough pages linking to each other, and yes, you could get "some" PR.

not much though, and not nearly as easily as a few decent links in would give you.

Sometimes you can have only a few links and get pagerank 1 or 2. Sometimes you have to have many backlinks to get such pagerank. There's no rule - sometimes it seems that pagerank is given randomly - you cannot find any pattern why useless pages get 3-4 and useful 1 or 2 when they have same number of backlinks...

People say all the time you can have PR without links to it, but when asked to give an example they never can that I have seen.

No, you can't have a PR page without links pointed to it. You can make it look like it has pr through redirects, or someone could remove their backlinks and still show toolbar PR from the last update, but that's it.

Please, all you guys saying you can, give an example. From what I've seen, tested, and read straight from Google is PR comes directly from links, no other factor can give PR, however other factors can take away PR with penalties.
