Guidelines in Request for proposal (rfp's).

Hi ,
     I trade in international area and many times i had to fill rfp's for the contract. How can it be done so as as to ensure its being proposed in the right manner.

The recommended way to make a proposal is either you go by the format asked by the respective company or organization. You may either go for a standard format of your organization which should include all the necessary information required. Most firm require detailed information of the solution and hence the competency you can help to perform the work.
