When I started using interspire, my biggest concern was how it would be that how it would help us in newsletter management. As we operate in niche market segment, each of our customers is unique in his / her choice and need. And interspire satisfied that need in the way more than we expected. We were amazed with power of campaign builder. Its step-by-step approach is more than perfect while creating newsletter. As I said earlier, most of our customers are in niches sector, their number is comparatively small. So getting new potential customers with good worth is a matter of our concern. In this particular issue, interspire helped us with good website integration features which helped us to generate more potential customers. Good web site lead helped us to collect more data about our valuable customers which helped us to dig into their mindset in a better way. It also helped us with good bounce management features. For me, interspire was the right choice at right time for operating our marketing endeavor.

Yes, I must agree that price range of the software interspire is quite high compared to other email marketing software. However if you look that what values interspire is adding, you will understand that their higher price is not completely unjustified. Their ready made email templates are wow! They have more that 35 templates, and what more, their templates are industry specific. So unlike other generic template users, you don’t need to take extra tension of how to convert a different industry specific template to suit your need. A user can personalize every email he /she sends with his / her contact's details such as their name, their company details, their interests and other personal information that belongs to the customer contact lists. Also they will help you with easy browser based contact management. That means you can add contacts to your existing list. Or you can import your contacts from any other CRM database / software. Their personalized auto-responders help in increasing response rates and conversion rates. So I will not have any hesitation in recommending this software to any body else.
