Email Marketing Director from Arial Software LLC is one of Arial Software's best selling products, introduced in July 2004. You can import your other HTML campaigns here, and you can handle the reporting methods comfortably. There are facilities to add anchors, hyperlink etc in your mail campaign which will give you good chance of Website integration and lead generation. Installation of this software is not too difficult. Though sometime the SMTP settings create some problems.
It is probably one of the least expensive priced software available in the market. It breaks the entire campaign creation process into three easy steps on three different tabs. First—contact list creation, second—message creation and third—choose the options of how you want to deliver your email. I was seriously looking for new email marketing software and I was planning to replace the existing one due to many problems I was facing. Then I started using email marketing director from Arial Software LLC. I was able to import my previously created [with my older softer] newsletter and other campaigns in this new software. This seamless interoperability facility over the legacy campaign designs made me surprised. Not only that, I was able to put my new links, anchors, hyperlink in my campaigns. It helps to boost the visual appeal of the newsletter and campaigns. This software reports the status of each delivery and report whether there is any problem in the recipients’ email id. Installation of this software was quite easy and their support is up to the expected level of performance. Its guidance in step by step campaign creation from beginning to end is really awesome. And on the part of the original developers [Aerial software] – they continuously strive to improve their performance. They teach you how to avoid emails which will be marked as spam in recipient’s mail box.

In fact this software is so efficient, powerful, and competent that it is truly a “Director” in email marketing. Let me tell some specific features. It's very much easy to install. Also it is easy to configure and easy to use. So you don’t need to have too much technical knowledge to use it. Still you feel you are in trouble? Then also you need not to be afraid because Email marketing director has a very customer friendly help service. Price is not very high. Rather I should say the price is at par with other products in email marketing domain. One thing that our technical guys always say is the alternate server port support. email marketing director can offer support for server which needs a a different port , other than the standard 25 number port. This allows email marketing director to work with any ISP which impose increased protection against various internet vulnerability.

Arial Software has released its best-selling Email Marketing Director software. It got all professional features which is expected in a enterprise-level email marketing products. Click-based un-subscribes is there which allow recipients to easily opt-out of email campaigns they no longer wish to receive. For that they just need to do is one click of a link provided in the email message. I get better campaign sending control. It modifies outbound email sending speeds in accordance with my ISP’s speed. So my server never gets overloaded with the software’s activity. Its database management is also good. You don’t need to be expert to use its database facility. There are many new drag-and-drop features using which Subscriber data can be easily analyzed and new results can be interpreted. For example – you can smoothly handle first names, new email addresses and other recipient data fields. They have new color calendar for campaign planning. It helps you to schedule your annual campaign using a clear graphic display. Last but not least, outbound emails from email director are really attractive and eye catching.

Though email marketing director has many good features. It also has some very slight pitfalls. Just I can remember that if you want to create superb campaign, you have to use other external softwares like Dreamwaver, pagemaker, frontpage etc. However one must system that no physical system in this nature is flawless including god’s creation. So if you forgive that, email marketing director is brilliant. They have many free Industry-ready email templates. To give instant boost in your email campaigns they have many built-in, professionally-designed email templates. They have a library of more than 200 such templates. There are few ways to fix image in your outbound mail. Like - you can put a pathway for your web-based images. The second option is you can embed images straight forward into your emails. So what is the benefit? You can put logos, product picture, brand images and many other visual aesthetics which will catch your customer’s eye.

Email marketing director has an Enhanced campaign targeting capability. It has improved database facility. You can filter you emails for specific subscribers. Your filtering capability can do segmentation on subscriber on the basis of demography, gender, age, marital status, education level and many more. You can divide them in segments like new customer, repeat customer etc. I was impressed with their Accelerated importing in list management. Also they will give you new hands-free unsubscribe processing. Email campaigns will be sent with a link of unsubscribe automatically inserted in the outbound mail. So it is making precise unsubscribe processing very easy. If your ISP has advanced web protection feature, then you can try their alternative server port {number 25} support. You will get flexible control over control sending. So that, you will be able to drive the server in making the most optimum use of your ISP bandwidth. Their database management is very satisfactory, if not the best. They have good spam control feature. And it is moderately easy to use their overall product.
